The prompts from both places are similar…what nourished your soul this year, what was your best moment.
I would say we haven’t had many of them this year but we have had some… Halloween, our 13th anniversary and a houseful of kids and their families in our spooky house was one amazing moment. Seeing that yard go up every year and having friends and their happiness fill our home is an amazing amazing thing.
When Em came home from school one day and we realized…she was happy and had been happy and things were getting better. That she is our loving, interested, kind happy girl again—that her previous two years hadn’t taken that person from all of us.
When I stood up for myself and was supported in not going back into ..a very bad situation. And when I faced my fear and walked back in to find a better one.
When I put aside personal gain/desire for what was right.
When I was able to be back on stage doing public speaking just a couple of weeks ago as an MC Â to support some great kids.
setting up two pretty successful websites from scratch and learning more all the time.
There aren’t so many this year as there have been..but the ones we have are big. I hope there will be more of these and less of strife and bother in the coming year.

Thank you for stopping by. Your comment actually helped me see, once again –it is what you focus on that magnifies. We have had a lot of difficulty this year but you are right–there has been a lot of magic 🙂 Thank you.
Halloween was glorious! Here’s to moving forward with good things. Also, I think I see my husband and the naughty toddler there 😉
