So I’m trying to start walking again because I’ve gotten, as my daughter says, fluffy. I was doing really well for awhile, then school, then new job then…FLUFFY. Bleargh. I am going to try walking every day except Thursday and see if things start getting better.
Well and cut down on the pizza and burgers!
It’s really easy to do that when we’ve both worked all day, we’re tired and burnt out and need to get her homework done and we give in to drive through.
We need to stop that. Less crap, more walks!
