In the spirit of doing things that are good for me (and ultimately for the family) I found my walking park and have set aside an hour each day to do it. It feels indulgent but if I can convince myself it is ifor the good of everyone (my health will improve as will my depressive tendencies–this I have experienced)then I will do it.
There are donkeys and horses by the park. And lots and lots of neighbor kitties. And creeks! And rabbits
It felt REALLY good. Still does and it was two hours ago.
