There really aren’t that many pictures of me. Maybe three or four the whole last year. I’ve not been in many pictures…ever
I think one of my goals is to be in some of the pictures we take, to not hide, by this time next year. Maybe by June. That will give us six months on the low carb …well I hesitate to say diet, because it is mostly cutting out sugar, white flour…and sugar…with some cutting out of sugar. We already turned
ArGh. Chocolate has been my crutch for the last couple of years. I have an issue with low blood sugar from way back, but I need to take the glucose tablets or drink OJ or just keep up with the protein. I’ve been told this bouncy blood sugar thing will get better . Also since work and my ankle injury have kept me from good exercise —well anyway, I don’t get in photos I take them.
So here’s one. Have you ever been able to give someone a perfect day? We did. And every time I see this picture I feel lucky and proud and content and happy and just good all the way down.
And maybe one more This is one of the ways I’m happiest.
