Whiskers on Kittens

Whiskers on Kittens

it’s Monday and I’m disheartened, so I’m going to show you a few of my favorite things.

Dr. Steel.

I’ve come across him off and on over the last few years, but I’m saddened to know he isn’t doing his show any longer.

And I love Steampunk, an  old article but fairly decent. Abney park is one of the finest still playing examples. But I also really enjoy the  Vernian Process and the Clockwork Caberet, which features some of the wonderful artists from Gilded Age Records amongst others.

What else do I like?

Doc Marten’s boots, I really like the black floral ones, and keep trying to justify them.

I also love converse low tops pretty much only the Jack Purcell’s or Chucks. Why? I feel like a kid again when I get a new pair or they are freshly washed. I made my mom chase all over Tennessee when I was a kid to get exactly the right pair of low tops, not bright white, but that other white color, kinda canvas.

Of course I always love Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab—but I’ve talked about them so much on here that I’m sure you don’t need to hear it again. Suffice it to say—gorgeous complex scents based on literature and music and that way you don’t smell like ANYone else.

I have to also say I really like my used ipod nano third generation I got from ebay to replace the one that was stolen from the Chevrolet Dealership.

I love Dr. Who, especially the 10th Doctor and this video gives me the big happy:

Dr. Who does the Proclaimers

And here’s a new good night book for you.
